Our home

When a parent asks us what the house where their child will live is like, we always say the same thing: it is not a residence hall, it is not a student flat, and it is not a tourist apartment. It is our home. The one we have built over the years, where we have raised our daughters, and where every corner has a family story behind it. You can feel that as soon as you walk in.
It features a private pool, eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sea views. It is a five-minute walk to the beach, ten minutes to the center of Candelaria, and half an hour by bus to Santa Cruz—with the bus stop just a minute from the front door. But what truly matters isn't the square footage, the location, or the facilities: it's that in this house, there is a family waiting for your child with dinner ready and open doors.

A home designed for growth
The house is designed so that each student has their private space while naturally being part of family life. The bedroom is their own, quiet, and equipped with everything they need to rest and study. The common areas—the living room, the kitchen, the sea-view terrace, the pool—are the spaces where the most important part of the program takes place: real everyday life, in Spanish, with the family.
An environment that facilitates learning
It is no coincidence that students progress so quickly in this house. The warm, organized, and family-oriented environment reduces student anxiety and triggers the exact mental state in which the brain acquires languages most effectively: relaxed, curious, and unafraid of making mistakes. The pool, the ping-pong table, the barbecue, the tended garden... these are not extras: they are the spaces where Spanish flows in the most natural way possible.

Five minutes from the sea. Ten minutes from everything.
The location of the house is another part of the method. The bus stops right next to our home. The shopping center is a ten-minute walk away, and the beach is five minutes away. The middle and high schools are a five-minute walk for those coming to study for several months. Candelaria is a quiet and strategic location for a real and safe immersion. And the whole of Tenerife, with Mount Teide, the local markets, and the Basilica of Candelaria just a step away, serves as the backdrop for every day.
