The immersion program

that really works.

There are two ways to learn a language: study it, or live it. All research in second language acquisition points to the same conclusion: immersion in a native environment quadruples the speed of learning compared to conventional classes. This isn't an opinion. It's what science has been confirming for decades.

Our program is not a Spanish class with a bed included. It is a life lived in Spanish, with a Spanish family, in one of the most stimulating environments in Europe. Your child doesn't just study the language. They live it from the inside: at the dinner table, on the street, in the kitchen, on the sofa. That is how you truly learn, and that is how you learn forever.

How the program is structured

The program is flexible because every student is different.

We work with a minimum duration of one week—although we recommend at least two so that progress is visible and measurable. The maximum duration is six months, for those who want a deep immersion or to combine the program with classes at a local school.

The age range for students is 12 to 25 years old. And there is one rule that never changes: never more than two students at a time in the house, always from different countries and native languages. Immersion requires space. We guarantee it.

What your stay includes

Every stay includes single room accommodation in our family home, full board with an authentic Spanish menu—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon snack—, total Spanish immersion living with the family 24 hours a day, a linguistic and cultural activity program tailored to the student, a weekly progress report sent directly to the parents, legal guardianship in loco parentis throughout the stay, and direct management of any medical emergency. No intermediaries. No external coordinators. Just us, your child, and the Spanish language.

Real results. Measurable. That last.

At the end of a two to four-week stay, students typically advance a full level on the CEFR scale—from A1 to A2, from A2 to B1, from B1 to B2. They acquire conversational fluency in everyday situations, incorporate over three hundred new words in a real context, and, above all, they overcome their mental block when speaking: the fear of making mistakes that paralyzes so many students in the classroom disappears when the language stops being a subject and become

The 9 pillars of the program

Only Spanish, always

Only Spanish is spoken at home. From the very first breakfast. No exceptions. No "class time" and "free time in another language". That is the rule that changes everything.

A real native family

Not a hired host family. We are Patricia, Fran, and our two daughters. This is our home and this is our life. Your child joins it as just another member of the family.

Maximum 2 students

Never more than two, always from different countries. Each student has our undivided attention, and Spanish takes up all the available space.

Teenagers at home

Martina and Virginia are part of the method. They speak English—enough for the first day—but at home the language is Spanish. The Spanish spoken in Tenerife's high schools. That's the one that matters most.

Tenerife as a classroom

The market, the guachinche, Mount Teide, the beach, the neighborhood. Every outing provides contextual vocabulary that is learned once and never forgotten. The whole island is part of the program.

Full board

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon snack. Authentic Spanish and Canarian cuisine. Adapted to any allergy or dietary restriction. Eating well is an important part of feeling good far from home.

Weekly report to parents

Every week you receive a summary of your child's linguistic progress and well-being. Without needing to ask. Without waiting. You are always informed. If at any point your child gets sick, our first priority is to care for them. Once they are okay, we let you know. Never the other way around.

Full legal guardianship

Patricia and Fran exercise in loco parentis guardianship throughout the stay. Contract, medical file, emergency protocols. Everything in writing. Everything covered.

Measurable results

A full level of advancement in two to four weeks. Conversational fluency. Over 300 new words in a real context. And something no exam can measure: the day your child stops being afraid to speak.
